Professional Indemnity Insurance
This insurance provides indemnity to professionals
e.g. engineer, lawyer, surveyor etc. for bodily
injury and material damage arising from a negligent
act, negligent error or negligent omission
committed, or omitted or alleged to have been
committed or omitted (as the case may be) by the
Insured in the ordinary course of the performance of
their professional services.
