This insurance caters specially for bailee or
warehouse operator who may be legally liable to pay
for direct physical loss or damage to property of
others stored in their warehouse(s) and/or whilst on
motor vehicle(s) in the ordinary course of transit
within the Territorial Limit specified in the
policy. The coverage includes costs and expenses
incurred in defending such claims from the property
owners.
